Products Liability Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys and paralegals in preparing cases from onset to post-trial. Must have 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a paralegal products liability/personal injury. Previous trial experience is essential. Experience with scheduling is essential. Knowledge of Florida state court rules is essential. Concordance and/or Summation is desired. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Must have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
