Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for managing a heavy case load which includes Drafting and Reviewing Documents and Pleadings, Tracking and Monitoring files, Maintaining Calendars and Deadlines, providing Status Updates, and Legal Research. This position requires a high level of Attention to Detail, excellent Computer Skills, and Strong Customer Service. Must have an Associates Degree, Paralegal Certificate or relevant work experience. Knowledge of Bankruptcy processors helpful. Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and professionalism. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other business support software. Knowledge of Case Aware a plus.
