CERCLA Litigation Attorney The candidate will be a key member of sophisticated environmental and litigation practices, representing clients on complex high profile cleanup and cost recovery, as well as other matters. Must have Partner level or senior associate level with substantial experience litigating CERCLA and other hazardous substance matters, including the handling of discovery, expert and fact depositions, fact investigation and motion practice. Should have First chair or similar level of trial experience. Outstanding writing, analytical, and advocacy skills required. Admission to practice in California strongly desirable. Should preferably have experience practicing before federal and state courts in southern California. Experience representing clients on matters involving environmental regulatory agencies in California preferred. Should have experience litigating CERCLA and other hazardous waste matters.
