Family Law Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients in Circuit and District Court. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Negotiate settlement agreements and proposals regarding divorce, custody, support, and various domestic related matters. Must be able to maintain and monitor busy case docket. Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland. Must have 3 years of legal experience, will consider pre-bar experience. Please highlight family and civil litigation experience. Must be familiar with stages of litigation, and domestic matters. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to attend Continued Legal Education training.
