Seeking a Subrogation Paralegal for drafting/compiling information for discovery responses, pleadings, and motions. Document management (including review of documents, bates labeling, organization of documents and drafting of summaries). Assisting in coordinating scene examinations, witness investigation and trial preparation. Coordination with and management of outside technical experts. Scheduling tasks and general file maintenance. Candidate should have a four-year college degree. Candidate should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience with knowledge/experience of state and federal courts, rules of civil procedure, and e-filing; a paralegal certificate; or other relevant experience. Candidates meeting the minimum requirement of a four-year college degree will be considered.
