Handle cases from inception to completion.Represent clients in simple litigation matters. Provide constant contact with clients by returning calls, emails, or meeting in person. Requirements : The candidate must be doctorate and an active member of the CA State Bar and able to provide a copy of their CA bar card. Experience in FEDERAL COURT a bonus. Should have CA State Bar License.
