Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate to handle primarily auto accident cases from initial sign up to litigation support. 1 year of personal injury experience required. Duties will also include handling traffic citation cases, from initial sign up through preparation for court. No criminal or traffic ticket experience required. Duties: Receiving calls from potential clients for case evaluation. Entering and updating cases into firm operating system. Frequent client contact for updating and gathering information. Responding to all client inquiries, questions and issues. Calendaring. Nurturing the client relationship. Communications with courts. Preparing and sending letters, pleadings and other relevant documents.
