Remote Immigration Paralegal The candidate will primarily center on processing EB-2 National Interest Waiver Applications (in addition to possibly some EB-1s, PERMs and other employment-based cases). Will be processing EB-2 National Interest Waiver Cases. Drafting documents and preparing immigration case filings. Organizing and managing client files. Providing excellent customer service to clients. Should have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal specializing in business immigration. Experience specifically with National Interest Waivers is required. Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is strongly preferred. Must have strong research, written, and verbal communication skills. Should have strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
