Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be preparing and e-filing pleadings, preparing discovery requests; trial preparation, scheduling depositions, hearings and mediations. Must have 2 years' experience in the family law or litigation field. Must have the ability to take direction from an attorney and is a quick learner. Must have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and case management software.
