Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 1+ years experience in all phases of litigation (first chair jury trial through verdict). 5+ years of litigation experience is required. Experience conducting discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, motion, and trial practice in state courts is preferred. Should have knowledge of litigation, arbitration and trial strategies and tactics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a plus. Should have proficiency in Westlaw software. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is preferred.
