Immigration Paralegal - Bilingual Spanish The candidate will work on all areas within the immigration field including removal defense cases such as asylum, cancellation of removal, as well as waivers, family and employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant applications. Support attorneys providing consultation, advocacy and representation on a wide array of immigration matters. Perform basic initial intake and interface with inquiries and follow-up. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. Correspond with clients on various matters. Assist with interpretation and translation. Meet with clients and prepare cases under the supervision of an attorney. research and gather documents in support of applications write affidavits. Should have excellent written, oral and analytical skills. Ability to speak, read and write Spanish is required.
