Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate must have some experience. Newly licensed attorney will also be considered. Should preferably have in depth knowledge of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Working knowledge of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy from beginning to end, including the Chapter 13 plan, Trustee Recommendations, SOC's, lien stripping, and the confirmation process is desired. Must be licensed in Arizona.
