Insurance Paralegal The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience supporting attorneys primarily with insurance claims / coverage cases through litigation. Cases include long term disability, long term care, life, health, liability claims, and property damage. State and federal litigation cases include insurance fraud, business disputes, breach of contract, injunctions, breach of fiduciary duty, and civil RICO. Strong communication, organizational, computer skills a must. Financial, medical and ERISA knowledge is a plus.
