Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare complex business cases for trial. Ingest, organize, analyze and retrieve case information using state-of-the-art litigation database(s). Work closely with attorneys in preparing witness examinations and evidentiary presentations. Periodically attend depositions, trials and arbitrations; periodically assist with client and other educational presentations. Must have advanced skills in state and federal civil procedure, computer and database operation, and significant past work experience. Former large law firm experience is preferred.
