Associate Attorney The candidate should have an interest or experience representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims and litigating on behalf of either management or employees. This attorney will represent clients in a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including, but not limited to representing clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Experience in MSPB, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA and USERRA is preferred.
