Seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years' of civil litigation experience. Candidate will play an intricate role in the day-to-day operations and will assist with case management, legal document preparation and case strategy leading to trial. Must have ability to work independently, be detail oriented, experienced, hard-working, enthusiastic, team oriented, and have a determination to "figure it out." Will have experience with billing out time as a paralegal in a law firm. Will accept in-house experience at Insurance companies. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Spanish is preferred.
