Seeking Junior Litigation Attorney with research and writing experience. Candidate will work in Complex Business Litigation Department. Will be conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, discovery and performing research and writing in furtherance of complex RICO and fraud litigation. Will include, legal research, drafting legal pleadings and opinion letters and initiating and responding to discovery. Must have ability to independently manage a busy case load, to work under pressure and meet deadlines, the ability to build and foster client relationships, to accept constructive feedback and excellent time management and organizational skills.
