Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work for a mid-sized immigration firm. Position is writing intensive. Under the supervision of an attorney, successful candidate shall prepare VAWA Petitions, Asylum Applications, I-601 and 601A waivers; Drafting letters and communicate with clients in English and Spanish. Scheduling events and maintaining client records on Law Logix case management system. Filling out legal forms including applications for USCIS and EOIR forms requests. Researching laws and judicial decisions. Some 1 year of immigration experience is required. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing). Able to start immediately. Strong writing skills. Must maintain a professional high level demeanor with everyone and professional attire is required for work.
