Associate Attorney - Personal Injury (Pre-litigation Docket) The candidate will be responsible for handling an independent case load of pre-litigation cases and directing para professional staff in all aspects of a pre-litigation docket including client sign-up, coordinating medical treatment, drafting settlement brochures/demand letters, negotiating settlements, attending pre-litigation mediations, etc. The candidate should have Undergraduate degree. Must have Juris Doctorate from accredited law school. Must be Member of the Texas Bar. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). Must have 3+ years of Plaintiff's personal injury. Extensive and "up to date" knowledge of Texas personal injury law, including causes of action, liability issues, damage elements, insurance coverage issues, rules of evidence and civil procedure is required. Prior experience handling large docket of pre-litigation cases is essential. Must have experience with the "Needles" case management system. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
