Family Law Paralegal The candidate will draft Pleadings, Motions, Final Judgments, Retainers, Subpoenas, Notices of Hearings, Discovery, and drafting and responding to letters and emails (to clients, judges, and opposing counsel), etc.. Processing payments, drafting retainers, payment requests, onboarding new clients for your attorney, and helping with others if needed. Each attorney has their own paralegal, and we have a receptionist. Keeping and scheduling your attorney's calendar via MyCase. Should have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in Family Law practicing in Florida.
