Entry-level Personal Injury Assistant Paralegal The candidate will be assisting paralegal in collecting medical records. Putting together settlement packages. Organizing, and maintaining files. Drafting letters, and documents. Covering reception desk when needed. Contacting clients. Must have excellent writing and oral communication skills. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and management software such as Needles. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must be able to successfully multi-task and maintain a high volume of files. Law firm and/or personal injury experience is a plus.
