Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of solid litigation experience. Strong working knowledge of federal, state and city negligence and MVA laws. Must have first-hand experience in all asects of lawsuits from intake through trial; including drafting complaints, discovery, motion practice, depositions and settlements. Must be able to handle a large case load immediately. Federal Court trial experience preferred.
