Product Liability Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing discovery responses, medical summaries, client and physician relations, mediation preparation and trial work. Must have 3+ years of experience in Product Liability litigation in Florida, with strong computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of Word and Excel. Should be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a high volume case load.
