Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate will file and retrieve patent applications from U.S. Patent and Trademark Office PAIR. File patent and trademark applications. Report letters to clients. Respond to international and foreign associate letters. Schedule appointments. File Patent and/or Trademark Assignment Documents through USPTO Recordation System. Should have 2+ years paralegal or legal administrative experience in patents (trademarks is a plus) (will train the right candidate without experience).
