School Law/Education Law Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of experience to join law practice. Must have experience in representing independent schools, colleges or public schools, or have comparable legal experience. Experience in one or more of the following education law areas is preferred: disability matters including special education, student discipline and student rights, labor relations including collective bargaining and grievance arbitration, employment counseling, Board governance, and non-discrimination issues. Strong counseling skills and exceptional presentation skills required. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required along with admission to the Connecticut Bar.
