Estate Planning and Litigation Attorney The candidate must be a North Carolina licensed attorney with experience to assist with estate planning, probate and related civil litigation cases. Should be able to speak to clients professionally, review case facts, investigate case allegations and generally vet each potential matter. Moreover, this person should be able to conduct professional consultations with sophisticated clients as well as manage the cases through the various phases, including but not limited to litigation. Should have Juris Doctorate degree. Must be Licensed in good standing - North Carolina. 3+ years of estate planning and probate experience is required.
