Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist with the preparation and filing of business immigration cases including H-1B and L-1A temporary work visas and employment-based green card cases (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3). Will communicate and coordinate with clients to gather required documents required for filing non-immigrant. Bachelor's Degree is a plus. Should have 2+ years of experience in handling business immigration cases including H-1B and L-1A cases. Prior experience with direct client communication is essential. Should have ability to work independently and effectively under strict time deadlines while handling significant case volumes.
