Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: Drafting Motions; E-file and service of Pleadings; Assist with Trial and Hearing preparations; Identify liability issues; Maintain contact with clients; Communicate with providers; Review medical & employment records; Maintain docket calendar; Excellent grammar; Proofreading abilities. Fluent Spanish speaker preferred. Needles Software experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft preferred. Should have 5 years of verifiable personal injury paralegal experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have comprehensive knowledge about both Liability Insurance and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Must have the ability to work primarily on the computer with Microsoft Word, digital folders, and Foxit/Adobe. 5 years Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff) required.
