Trusts and Estates Attorney The candidate will advise high net worth clients on complex trusts, trust modifications, and tax planning initiatives. Should have 3+ years of experience. Should have experience in estate planning, tax planning, wealth preservation, and the administration of trusts and estates. Must be admitted in Washington, DC; admission in other states is a plus. A tax court clerkship or LLM and probate administration experience is a plus.
