Immigration Paralegal The candidate must be paralegal with experience in Family based Immigration and Removal Defense to join firm's team and provide case management support to the firm's attorneys. Should have knowledge of Immigration law, the ability to handle own case load in affirmative filings with USCIS and 2+ years of experience in preparing case files for litigation before the Immigration Courts. Must also be able to communicate well in English. Other language fluency a plus.
