Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in all aspects of family-based immigration before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service and the U.S. State Department, represent clients who face removal in immigration court proceedings, and provide representation at the port of immigration appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Represent clients in suits filed with the U.S. District Courts. Must have 1-2 years of immigration law experience. Should have Juris Doctorate degree and active or pending membership with the California Bar. Complete fluency in English and Spanish (substantial portion of the client base are monolingual Spanish-speaking) is required. Strong advocacy, analytical, communication, and writing/research skills is needed.
