LEGAL SECRETARY - LITIGATION The candidate must have 5 years. CA litigation experience to work a 4:1 desk. Experience working with litigation matters is required. Requires excellent administrative, follow-up, initiative, organizational and calendaring skills. Solid knowledge of federal and state court filing rules and procedures A MUST with a background that includes e-filing experience. Excellent typing and computer skills needed with specific knowledge of Word 2010 or higher, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management system. Knowledge of CompuLaw and Full Authority a plus.
