This midsize national firm has offices from Los Angeles to New York. The Connecticut office is small, but this firm is on the cutting-edge of technology, with up-to-date computer networking systems and resources at the associates’ fingertips. Client contact is highly valued, and associates will receive extensive training so that they can meet a client’s every need. Compensation and billable hours requirement is average with other firms the same size.
San Francisco office seeks a receptionist with relevant experience. The candidate will manage a busy phone system, greet clients, book conference rooms on an automated system and perform other support duties as requested. Excellent communication skills are required. Candidate must be computer literate (especially with Outlook and Excel).
