Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense The candidate will handle cases in all five boroughs and possibly surrounding areas. Must have a solid work ethic, work independently, have good analytical skills, and have experience in working in insurance defense, including communicating with clients. Good writing skills, and experience with all motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and mediations is also required. Should have an interest in handling toxic tort cases, as well as other types of cases. New York admission is required.
