Attorney - Litigation The candidate will handle many phases of personal injury and claim cases. In this position, your team will also consist of a case manager to help manage caseload, client interaction, and documentation. Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment, Ability to listen and relate to clients with compassion, Must have one (1) year of legal experience, personal injury experience greatly preferred, Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes and procedures, Superior written and verbal communication skills are required. Excellent negotiation skills are required. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task are required. Juris Doctorate are required. Active license to practice law and/or membership in Bar for Kansas are required.
