Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2 or more years of experience working as a litigation paralegal. Will assist during all phases of the litigation process, from initiation of a case to the discovery period, through trial. Will be drafting discovery and miscellaneous documents such as pleadings, responses, motions, deposition digests and case summaries. Will document production, document review, index and organize documents; Conducting various document searches and factual research; Preparing for and attending depositions and trials. Will be interacting with clients, experts and witnesses
