Junior Associate Attorney The candidate duties will include: Attend depositions, record statements and vocational assessments; Attend informal conferences. Draft demands and assist with negotiations. Opportunity to progress to handling cases. Provide monthly case updates to vendors. Maintain cases on his/her case list are actively moving forward. Must have State bar license (any state will suffice, does NOT have to be Florida). Should have recent graduate of an accredited law school (0-1 years). Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Should have strong legal writing capabilities.
