Litigation Attorney The candidate will be drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Should have 2+ years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense. Must have experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations. Must have experience with taking and defending depositions. Must have strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel. Trial experience is desired. Must have Juris Doctorate degree. Must have California Bar membership. Must have civil litigation and insurance defense experience.
