Employment Litigation Attorney Candidate will assume a significant role in litigation, including contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Must have: JD Degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Strong academic credentials preferred (top 25% of graduating law school class). Should have 3+ years of experience. Employment litigation experience is highly preferred. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach is a must. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
