Employment Law & Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience representing employers before government agencies such as the EEOC and IDHR, and supporting a defense team in employment litigation involving issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant enforcement. Must have experience with drafting employment agreements, reviewing employee handbooks, authoring cease and desist letters, and providing client counseling on a wide range of HR issues. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team.
