Paralegal The candidate will be serving in case-handling, meeting with clients, client intake, drafting correspondence, and performing all administrative duties of the office as needed to back-up the office manager, including answering phone calls, taking messages, client intake, and responding to daily emergencies as needed. Will be focusing on estate planning and administration of decedents estates. Be responsible for conducting most of the document executions for the office as well. The candidate should have an excellent work ethic and have exceptional communication and computer skills. Strong computer, communication, organization, and time management skills required. Knowledge of Corel WordPerfect and QuickBooks is helpful. Knowledge of Excel and Outlook and any word processing program (such as Microsoft Word) a must. Law firm experience is mandatory. Previous experience in estate planning and administration of decedents estates is helpful.
