Litigation Legal Secretary Duties : Will assist with the preparation of legal documents, pleadings, correspondence and have knowledge of State and Federal procedures, maintain client files and other duties as directed. Requirements : The candidate should possess 4-6 years of litigation experience with a law firm. Strong litigation experience and/or bankruptcy. Experience with ECF and Pacer. Strong communication and organization skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Worldox and Elite experience is a plus.
