Paralegal The candidate should possess 2 years recent experience supporting workers compensation defense attorneys, as well as experience e-filing (EAMS filing), creating QME/AME packages, managing attorney calendars, preparing legal documents and correspondence, trial exhibits, scheduling depositions and examinations and proofreading. Must be an energetic self-starter who types a minimum of 65 wpm and possesses excellent written, organization and communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook and possess a working knowledge of EAMS. Familiarity with case management system PerfectLaw/AIM is preferable. Should have recent experience in workers compensation legal field. Paralegal certification or qualification under BPC 6450 a must.
