Attorney - Insurance Defense The candidate will be defending personal injury and property damage claims arising from car accidents. Will conduct depositions, defend clients at arbitration, and handle claims from answering of complaint through settlement. Some litigation experience required, though it is expected the applicant may be a recent graduate of law school. Doctorate degree is required. Must have 1+ year of experience. Must have both NJ and PA Bar Admission license.
