Attorney The candidate will join personal injury law attorney. Bankruptcy and legal research experience is a plus. 1+ year of experience in the PERSONAL INJURY field as a paralegal / support staff / intern. Good communication and writing skills, Must be able to work with others (team player), Be familiar with the rules and procedures of the court, Prefer Spanish speaker (Must be able to fill out intake forms in Spanish). Will Prepare documents for attorney review: claims, preparing form complaints, answer and prepare discovery, trial briefs, Communicate with client, adjustors, and maintain dates for filing lawsuits, Set appointments and maintain attorney calendars. Prepare PI complaint packet, discovery responses, and oppositions to motions for summary judgment, Maintain familiarity with rules and procedures of the courts, make appearances at Court: CMC, law and motion, etc.
