Attorney - Commercial Litigation Candidate will be working on commercial litigation and real estate litigation matters. Will be responsible for managing a large caseload, drafting pleadings, briefs and motions, preparing witnesses, taking and defending depositions and trial work. Must have 2-3 years relevant experience, be admitted to practice in DC, and familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or the Superior Court civil rules.
