Litigation Paralegal The candidate support for a busy business litigation practice: Calendaring, processing documents, scheduling depositions arranging for court reporters, drafting simple pleadings (notices of deposition and the like), proof-reading lengthy documents, document reviews, managing document heavy cases using Relativity, electronic filing of pleadings, assembling documents for brief, hearings and trials.
