Family Law Attorney The candidate will manage a busy family law docket consisting of divorces, modifications, enforcements, child custody, grandparents rights, cps cases and other family matters. Will be preparing for trial and evidentiary hearings; conducting and defending depositions; presenting and responding to discovery, motion writing; and successfully negotiating and facilitating mediation and/or conflict resolution. This position entails a lot of client contact. Requirements: Must be licensed in the State of Texas. 2 years working with family law cases are preferred. Should be able to organize, prioritize and work well under pressure. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Should have a team mentality with an emphasis on customer service. Must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask to meet deadlines in a timely manner. must be able to adapt to daily change, be responsive, self-motivated and have attention to detail.
