Seeking Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense. The candidate will have demonstrated litigation experience including attending court hearings, arbitration, and mediations and in taking and defending depositions as well as in drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Strong writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel are required. Trial experience is desired. California Bar membership is required.
