Family Law Attorney The candidate's responsibilities: Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed; Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action; Collaborate with team members to effectively move cases through the divorce, custody, and/or support process; Use technology such as Clio, Slack, Lawmatics, LawYaw, and RingCentral to assist in case management and communications; Candidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high; Should be a Member in good standing with the California State Bar; must have 2 years of recent and significant family law experience is necessary.
